Verified Remediation

For mold inspection and remediation companies

Your own request form, free. Every request from it goes to you, and only you.

Your customers fill it out in four short steps. You get each request by text and email, with their name, number and what they need.

Already claimed? Ask for your form

  • No charge per request, no long-term contract
  • Works without a website
  • Customers don't need an account

One request, from your form to you

  1. Your customer opens your form, headed "Tell Your Company what's going on". They enter the property's ZIP code and pick Mold remediation.
  2. Under How much?, they tap One area or room. This step is optional.
  3. For timing, they choose In the next week or two.
  4. They add their name and phone number and tap Send to Your Company.
  5. Their screen reads "Sent. Your request is on its way to Your Company." and, under it, "If you don't hear back within one business day, call Your Company at (614) 555-0100."
  6. You get an email headed "New request in Columbus, OH", from your website form, with their answers, their name and number, and the line "Sent only to you."

Your Company stands in for your business, and we made up the customer. Your own form shows your name and your tier.

Where to put your form

Your form has its own link, so it works anywhere you can paste one. Already have a contact form on your website? Keep it, and add this link beside it.

Your link

Free

Put it in an email signature, on your Facebook page, or in a text to a customer.

Your Google Business Profile

Free

You also get links made just for Google. Share one on your profile, in a Google post for example, and your dashboard counts the requests that come in through it.

A button on your website

VR ProFree during the pilot

It opens your form as a popup on your own site, and we'll add it for you.

Have someone who looks after your website? Our setup guide walks them through WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Duda and GoDaddy, with general steps for other sites.

How it works

  1. Claim your listing

Find your business on Verified Remediation. Then confirm it's yours, usually with a code we send to the number on your Google listing, by text or by phone call.

  2. We turn on your form with you

We'll call you to do it together, then help you put your link wherever you want it.

  3. Requests come to you

Call your customer back on the number in the text or email. Their answers are on your dashboard too, along with any note they left you.

What we promise you

Your requests stay yours

We don't sell the requests from your form, and we never pass them to another business.

Nothing to pay

There's no fee for your form and no charge per request. When we turn it on, you'll accept our short request form terms. No long-term contract, either.

Only what we've verified

Your form shows your tier and the credentials we've checked. If we haven't seen proof of something, it isn't on your form.

Your tier can't be bought

Paying for VR Pro never changes your tier, your place on Verified Remediation, or which requests we send you.

What's free, and what's coming

Your form and its links cost nothing. VR Pro adds a few extras on top, and it'll be the only part you pay for.

Request form

  • The form itself, with your name and tier
  • A link you can share anywhere
  • Links made for your Google listing
  • The "Verified by Verified Remediation" line
  • Requests by text and email

Free, for good

VR Pro

Coming
  • A button on your own website that opens your form
  • Setup done for you
  • The option to remove the "Powered by Verified Remediation" line

Free during the pilot

With or without VR Pro, your form keeps your tier, the "Verified by Verified Remediation" line and the links to our Privacy Policy and Terms.

Questions about the form

Something else? Email support@verifiedremediation.com or use our contact page.

Is it really free?

It is, and it stays free. You don't pay for your form, its links or the requests that come through them, and there's no long-term contract. Only VR Pro will cost anything, and it's free during the pilot.

What will VR Pro cost?

Nothing while the pilot runs. The price isn't final, and you'll see it before you're asked to pay anything. Your free form keeps working whether you add VR Pro or not.

Do I need a website?

You don't. Your form has its own link, so you can share it on your Google listing or Facebook page, add it to your email signature, or text it to a customer.

We only do inspections. Will customers ask us for remediation?

No. Your form only offers the work you do. An inspection company's form asks about mold inspection or testing and testing after a cleanup, never remediation. Where your state licenses mold assessment, it goes by your license.

Can my form take water damage requests?

If water damage restoration is one of the services on your listing, your form offers it as a choice too.

Can my web person set it up?

Sure. They'll find WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Duda and GoDaddy in our setup guide, plus general steps for other sites. Rather skip that? Email us and we'll add the button for you, free during the pilot.

Do you share my requests?

Not with any other business, and we don't sell them. We keep a copy, and the form tells your customer so. The companies behind our texts, email and hosting handle them only on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy says requests from your form go only to you.

Is this a lead service?

No. It's your own form, for customers who've already chosen you, and Verified Remediation runs it for you. You don't pay per request, and no other company gets the ones from your form.

Will it help my Google ranking?

It won't change how Google ranks you. It gives people who've already found you a simple way to send you a request.

What if I can't take texts?

Then requests come by email, with the customer's name and number. Plenty of business lines are landlines, and that's fine. Turn texts off in Settings, or add a mobile number there just for request texts. We never show that number on your listing.

What does my customer see about Verified Remediation?

Your business name, phone and tier, plus what we've verified about you. Near Send, the form says Verified Remediation runs it, keeps a copy and sends the request only to you. If they add an email, we send them a summary. The footer reads "Powered by Verified Remediation", unless you turn it off with VR Pro. The form never shows them another company.

What happens after I claim my listing?

Once you've confirmed it's yours and finished setup, we'll call you. While we're talking, you'll check your business phone and office address, accept the short request form terms and turn your form on. Then we'll help you add your link. Already claimed? Email us, and we can confirm it's yours on that same call if we need to.

My business isn't listed. What then?

Ask to be added from the claim page, and we'll check your business by hand. We can turn on your form once your listing is public on Verified Remediation.

Want a form where every request goes to you and no other business?

Claim your listing, then we'll give you a call and turn it on with you.
